Can I customize pieces for my project?
Yes, we offer extensive customization options including dimensions, finishes, and materials. Our in-house design team will work closely with you to create pieces that perfectly suit your project requirements while maintaining our signature aesthetic.
Do you offer samples?
You can order samples on our website. Alternatively, we offer up to five complimentary samples to new trade members. Reach out to our sales team to arrange sample mailings.
What is your current lead time?
Our To the Trade full catalog is made to order. Production takes 16 - 20 weeks for lighting and furnishings with standard size and finish. Please inquire for custom order lead times. If you are looking for a shorter lead time, we encourage you to consider our Expedited collection; in stock items are generally ready to ship in 5-7 weeks. Shipping lead times will vary.
Where can I see the collection in person?
Yes! Our Los Angeles and NY studios are open by appointment only. Schedule a visit to explore our collection, discuss custom projects, and experience our craftsmanship in person. Memos are considered on a case-by-case basis.
